On Friday, March 28, former Sierra Vista High School standout Yaya Kaaialii’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Sul Ross Lobos.

The game took place at Lobo Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Lobos this season.

The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5:20 p.m. at Lobo Softball Field against Sul Ross Lobos.
