Join the Vegas Chamber and Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance for its annual trip to Washington, D.C. This year's Fly-in will be September 19-22.

Every year, Nevada's business leaders go to Washington, D.C. to advocate and meet with policy makers on federal issues that directly impact employers. It is the largest Fly-in of business leaders from Nevada to Washington, D.C.

This year's trip will be comprised of meetings with Congressional members, think tanks, national trade organizations, and policy groups. We will also be hosting several receptions during the trip to further build relationships with Congressional leadership and to strengthen existing connections.

Late Bird Registration Fees:  Now Through August 19, 2022

• - $2,195 In-person Policy Registration per person

Spouse Program Registration Fees: 

• - $1,695 In-person Registration per person
• - This does not include any of the policy briefing, think-tank discussions or congressional meetings.

Please note: Attendees are responsible for your own air travel and transportation from the airport to the hotel, and back to the airport. In-person registration fee includes all transportation from the hotel to meetings plus meals and receptions. Dinners are on your own.

The Vegas Chamber and LVGEA room block with the special pricing at the JW Marriott is sold out. However, rooms are available outside of the room block at Marriott.com. We apologize for any inconvience that this may cause.

Please note that the Vegas Chamber and LVGEA are following federal, state, and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 mitigation efforts including the proof of vaccination status, requirement of wearing masks for guests and employees for all in-door events and gatherings. This applies to any requirements that may be set by individual venues, facilities, and event space in Washington, D.C.

If there are any changes, the Chamber will do its best to keep attendees informed.
