Leadership Advance— offered through the Chamber's Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas— provides talented professionals the training and tools necessary to be better, more effective leaders and managers. From the newly established coordinator to the seasoned CEO, this professional development program is designed to build (or reinvigorate) the skills and knowledge set needed to stimulate company-wide motivation, growth, and excellence.
This five-month leadership training program focuses on mastering the skill sets most relevant to establishing successful organizational leadership and is led by an accomplished leadership facilitator from Aegis Learning, a Las Vegas leader in training, coaching, and organizational development solutions for 25 years.

Communication
Talent Management
Decision Making and Strategic Thinking
Leadership vs. Management
Responsibility and Accountability
Team Member Engagement and Motivation

Leadership Advance will meet 1 Friday a month for five consecutive months.This program begins Friday, February 11, 2022, and concludes Friday, June 10, 2022.
